4) Counter-Notification Process

If your material has been removed and you believe this was an error, you may file a counter-notice. This counter-notice must include:

2. A good-faith statement under penalty of perjury indicating the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
3. Your contact information (full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email).
