Capacity stated, not implied
Where a manufacturer declares a litre or pound capacity we repeat that figure and nothing more, because a bin that holds 25lb and one that holds 40lb are different purchases.
Boxed at the shop address
Orders are picked from the same stock the walk-in customers buy from, then packed at West 35th Street.
A phone that reaches the counter
Questions about bowl height, whisker clearance or which scoop suits your kibble reach whoever unpacked the box.
Start with the part you need
Grouped by the job it does at feeding time, not by species.

Feeding gear is the part that gets used twice a day
A collar is worn; a bowl is scraped, washed and knocked over, every single day, for years. That is why this shelf is stainless, silicone and heavy plastic rather than whatever is cheapest per unit. Anything that stains, tips or splits comes back across the same counter it was sold at, so it does not get restocked. The list here is what survived that filter, which is why it is short.
