Shipping Policy

Solvioramanor ships to the United States only via Standard Shipping, with all prices displayed in USD. This page outlines our shipping practices, including processing times, delivery estimates, and costs.


1) Processing Time

Our handling time is 1–3 business days (Mon–Sat) from order confirmation to dispatch. The order cut-off time is 2:00 PM MST; orders placed before this cut-off are processed the same business day, while those placed after, on Sundays, or on US public holidays are processed the next business day. All times on this page refer to MST.


2) Shipping Methods & Carriers

We offer Standard Shipping only for all orders. No expedited, overnight, international, or oversized options are available.


3) Estimated Delivery Time

The transit time for orders is 5–10 business days (Mon–Sat) from the date of dispatch. When combined with the handling time, the total estimated delivery window is 6–13 business days from order placement, excluding weekends and US public holidays. Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees.


4) Shipping Costs

Orders with a subtotal at or above $75 qualify for free Standard Shipping within the United States. Orders with a subtotal below $75 are charged a flat Standard Shipping fee of $4.99. All prices are in USD, and there are no additional expedited, international, or oversized surcharges.


5) Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to the billing address provided. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become visible after dispatch. You can also visit our Track Your Order page for updates.


6) Delays, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

Common causes of delays include weather conditions, carrier disruptions, and peak-season volume. Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered delivered; Bark N' Bites is not liable for any loss after delivery confirmation. For any issues, please reach out to our support team, available Monday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (MST). Closed: Sunday & US public holidays. We respond within 1 business day.


7) Address Changes

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an address is incorrect or incomplete and the package is returned to sender, Bark N' Bites will contact the customer to arrange re-shipment at the customer’s cost or cancel and refund the order minus any non-recoverable shipping fee. If you need to update your shipping address, please email support@barknbites.us as soon as possible; changes can only be made before the dispatch and before the 2:00 PM MST cut-off on the day of dispatch. International shipping is not offered. Deliveries to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are accepted only where the carrier supports them, and remote-area transit may take longer, potentially sitting at the upper end of the stated transit window.
