Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for purchases made from Solvioramanor. It applies to all customers in the United States, offering a 30-day return window on new, unused products, with a prepaid return label provided at no cost to the customer and refunds issued to the original payment method.


1) Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted for only new, unused products that are in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items that show signs of use or damage are not eligible for return. We accept both defective and non-defective products.


2) Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.


3) Non-Returnable Items

Non-returnable items include gift cards, final-sale items, and custom or personalized products. Additionally, items showing signs of use or damage cannot be returned.


4) Exchange Option

Exchanges are accepted within the same 30-day window from delivery for new and unused products.


5) Return Method

Returns are processed by mail. Once the return request is approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to the customer within 2 business days of approval. This prepaid label is never included in the original package, as the original shipment departs before any return process is initiated. Bark N' Bites covers 100% of return shipping costs, and there is no restocking fee.


6) How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
1. Email support@barknbites.us with your order ID and the reason for the return within the 30-day window from delivery.
2. You will receive a reply within 1 business day.
3. Once your return request is approved, an RMA number and a prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you within 2 business days.
4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back via the emailed prepaid label by mail.
5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund or exchange will be processed.


7) Refund Information

Refunds are issued to the original payment method in USD, within 5 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note that your bank may take an additional 1–2 business days before the refund appears on your statement. The product price is refunded in full with no restocking fee, and the original outbound shipping fee is refundable only if the return is due to an error on Bark N' Bites‘s part. Return shipping is always free through the prepaid label provided.
